Well, good old center valley and mother nature teamed up for a delayed Halloween trick. It is the end of finals week, I HAD a final friday morning, and now its pushed to 730AM saturday morning….why? Because we’re expecting 4-6 inches of snow topped off with hours of sleet and freezing rain! Delicious. Watch today’s Vlog for the bitterness.

So more on Jon and Kate + 8. I absolutely love this show. It always brightens my day to see this family going through their day to day lives. Its so nice to see that in a world of such chaos and unhappiness, there are families that make it work, with given their circumstances. I totally suggest you read their new book, Mutiple Bles8ings. I read the first chapter and it is so cute, and it is a quick read. Each chapter starts with a little verse from the bible, and even though I’m not a Christian, I appreciate them and the intention and thought behind it all. I will definitely do a little review after I read it all.

Hello People.
So in a few hours, Finals Week will be in full swing. Silence in the halls, caffeinated twenty somethings, heavy breathing, etc. Surprisingly, I am quite calm. I have a take home final for contemporary theatre, a music theory final (not too nervous about it), and an Acting Final (I need to get on my lines). I feel I have really retained all the information I’ve learned this semester, so studying has been easy and just knowing I know the material really calms me.
The only stressor for me right now is my voice recital. I know my song, the lyrics, what I want to do with it, but this song is a challenge for me. I usually do songs with a lot of story telling or emotional depth, and usually a ballad. This song is uptempo, and has almost a pop structure to it. I connect to it, but I have to find a way to build through the song, somehow make it my own story. A video of the performance will be posted this week.

I found out I am an understudy in DeSales upcoming production of Death of a Salesman. I’m quite excited! The call back was more than enough, but to get a chance to work with this group of people will be fun. Plus I get to watch Wayne Turney as an ACTOR! (www.wayneturney.20m.com)
With all of this out of the way, Now I can focus on final exams, Parties, and bitter-sweetly, Next Semester. Filled with rehearsals, classes, MORE auditions, and etc. I can’t wait for Winter Break!

Hello People.
I realize the last post was kinda…Boring? yeah…
So this is entry is full of substance!
These last two weeks have been the longest//Fastest two weeks ever! I can’t wait to take a break from the academic life and the stresses of being a theatre major. As much as I love it, one can only take so much.
Yesterday and Today I had auditions // callbacks for Death of a Salesman. I’m more than happy with just the call back I got (for the waiter). If anything else comes of it, its just icing (lIke the good kind, that you eat from a jar…).
The holiday season is in full swing. My room is decorated and my tree is actually decorated now, A blog about the how it looks next week sometime.
Oh, it is official! I will be in California for Christmas day and New Years, and then some. You can bet there will be some Blogging from there! Gaysian in Hollywood! ooo…..miniseries?
